solid stay near the coast
great assistance excellent value friendly service
the staff offered great assistance throughout my visit. i found the hotel's value for money to be quite good. i liked the delicious food and the friendly service provided by everyone there.
the hotel could use some updates, especially regarding cleanliness. i found that the bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been.

The dining area had a good variety of options. The food was AMAZING!!! the breakfast buffet included both hot and cold selections. i saw many families enjoying their meals together in the spacious dining room.

friendly staff evening entertainment excellent value tricky parking vinegar smell faulty shower
the staff were friendly and helpful. entertainment was available each evening. the hotel is a short walk into town and bus services are easy to reach. the hotel offered excellent value for money.
Parking was tricky because i had to double park and block people in. the room had a horrible vinegar smell. the shower didn't work and there was no hairdryer. I didn't call about it because there was no telephone either.

The location was quite convenient. A short walk took me straight to the beach. I found free parking on site, a definite plus. The hotel offered evening entertainment with a quiz and bingo before the music performance.
The lift situation posed challenges. One small lift serves four floors. It seemed inadequate for the number of guests.

The reception staff were warm and cute. They were the same within the dining room and lounge. I noticed a price reduction promotion on drinks between 5 pm and 9 pm on three nights.

My bedroom was comfortable and cleaned daily unless otherwise requested. The hotel is well-located for the town and seafront. There is a reliable bus service close by and taxis are readily available for a quick ride into town.

friendly staff great variety
i was so happy to see the friendly reception staff, they made check-in super smooth. the dining room was such a treat, with a great variety of drinks at reduced prices between 5 pm and 9 pm for three nights. what a bargain!
the lift was quite small, and sometimes it took a while to arrive when i needed it

the staff was wonderful and informative. the room was very spacious, perfect for what i needed. i had free parking close to the city centre. i found the price reasonable for everything included.
